Jean-Paul Ritrovato is a French artist and a native of the French Riviera, one of the best environments for developing Art. From the 1920’s onwards, and because of its tremendous light and colors, French Riviera has always attracted countless artists including famous ones such as Braque, Derain, Dufy, Matisse, Modigliani, Chagall, Picasso to name a few... Graduated in art history and tourism, Jean-Paul Ritrovato had for years many people discovered the rich heritage of the French Riviera, a knowledge that feeds his art today, whether it tells about spectacular sceneries, impressive monuments, glamorous movie stars or wildlife.
